Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de materiales termoplásticos resistentes al choque, copolimerizado estireno y/o alfa-metilestireno con un 20 hasta 40% en peso de acrilonitrilo (componente A), e injertando en una segunda etapa separada un 20 hasta 60% en peso de una mezcla de estireno y acrilonitrilo en la relación ponderal de 75:25 hasta 65:35 sobre (B1) un 40 hasta 80% en peso de un polimerizado de butadieno con un tamaño de partícula medio de 0,20 hasta 0,45 my-m (valor d50 de la distribución de masa cumulativa) (componente B), refiriéndose los porcentajes al componente B, e injertando en una tercera etapa separada un 15 hasta un 50% en peso de una mezcla de estireno y acrilonitrilo en la relación ponderal de 75:25 hasta 65:35 sobre (C1) un 50 hasta 85% en peso de un copolimerizado formado de 30 hasta 77% en peso de butilacrilato y/o etilhexilacrilato, 20 hasta 80% en peso de butadieno y 3 hasta 10% en peso de vinilalquiléter con 1 hasta 8 átomos de carbono en el radical alquilo, ascendiendo los porcentajes de los componentes monómeros en total a 100, y que posee un tamaño de partícula medio de menos de 0,15 my-m (valor d50 de la distribución cumulativa de masa) (componente C), refiriéndose los porcentajes al peso del componente C, y mezclando los componentes ((A) + (B) + (C)) en una relación tal que la relación ponderal de las bases de injertación (B1) y (C1) esté comprendida entre 70:30 hasta 30:70, y la suma de las dos bases de injertación sea alrededor de un 10 hasta 35% en peso, referido a la mezcla total de (A) + (B) + (C).
