Abstract

Un método de deshidratación de lodos floculentos líquidos originados durante el tratamiento de aguas, teniendo su rebosadura libre un componente de movimiento principalmente horizontal cuando está escapando agua de ellos y se alcanza su espesamiento, consiguiendo de este modo la detención del flujo libre de los lodos, y creando una capa deshidratada del lodo sólido allí producido, debido a la presión de las capas de lodo depositadas, un flujo tixotrópico de las capas inferiores deshidratadas, al tiempo que este flujo libre del liquido y mientras el agua de lodo está fluyendo detrás de este límite.
