Abstract

Procedimiento de producir una preparación de factor antihemofílico, por descongelación de plasma sanguíneo humano ultracongelado, centrifugación del producto descongelado para formar un crioprecipitado, redisolución del crioprecipitado en un tampón y aislamiento de una disolución concentrada que, si se desea, se seca por congelación, caracterizado por descongelar, parcial o completamente, el plasma congelado mediante irradiación con ondas electromagnéticas de una frecuencia de unos 108 - 1015 Hz durante un período de tiempo y con una penetración de energía tales que la temperatura del plasma sanguíneo descongelado no sobrepase, en momento alguno, los 10ºC.
