Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de piridazinas sustituidas. Los compuestos preparados conforme al invento son utilizados en la industria farmacéutica para la preparación de medicamentes. La - hidrazino-ftalazina (hidralazina, su actividad hipotensora y los efectos secundarios , se describen compuestos derivados de hidralazina, a los cuales también se atribuyen propiedades antihipertentivas. Se ha sintetizado ahora una nueva clase de piridazinas sustituidas, que ni se menciona en las publicaciones mencionadas ni resulta evidente de ellas. Ademas se encontró que estas pirazinas sustituidas tienen propiedades farmacológicas interesantes, especialmente ventajosas.
