Abstract

Procedimiento para el acoplamiento de hojas de resina termoplástica expandida, obtenidas predensidad establecida de antemano, y sometidas a procesamiento, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicho procedimiento prevé la conducción separada y a velocidad controlada de dichas hojas de resinas termoplásticas expandida por medio de un horno de calentamiento a temperatura controlada para determinar una expansión complementaria recalentamiento hasta la temperatura de fusión de las superficies de dichas hojas contrapuestas entre sí cerca de la salida de dicho horno, una aproximación forzada de dichas hojas hasta su perfecto acoplamiento por superposición y soldaje de dichas superficies recalentadas, y la salida de dicho horno de las mencionadas hojas acopladas y soldadas para conducir el producto a una fase de calibración y de enfriamiento, seguida de una eventual operación de estampación, ademas del guillotinado longitudinal y/o trasversal del producto.
