Abstract

Dispositivo de transferencia de carga que comprende unos primer y segundo registros de desplazamiento de carga asociados en un sustrato de material semiconductor de un tipo de conductividad, que presenta una superficie principal, caracterizada por: un primer electrodo de almacenamiento (22) que está superpuesto, con interposición de un aislante, a dicha superficie principal, un primer electrodo de transferencia (23) adyacente a dicho primer electrodo y que se superpone, con interposición de un aislante, a dicha superficie principal, un dispositivo (16,17) para aplicar tensiones fijas a dicho primer electrodo de almacenamiento y primer electrodo de transferencia para formar en dicho sustrato una primera región da almacenamiento (25) y una primera región de transferencia (26) respectivamente, teniendo el potencial superficial de dicha primera región de almacenamiento un primer nivel de almacenamiento y teniendo el potencial superficial de dicha primera región de transferencia un primer nivelde transferencia en la ausencia de portadores minoritarios en ella, siendo dicho primer de almacenamiento energéticamente inferior a dicho primer nivel de transferencia para los portadores minoritarios en dicho sustrato, un segundo electrodo de almacenamiento (31) adyacente a dicho primer electrodo de transferencia y que se superpone, con interposición de un aislante, a dicha primera superficie.
