Abstract

Sistema de inyección de combustible que comprende un émbolo de bombeo deslizable dentro de un cilindro, medios actuadores para efectuar el movimiento del émbolo de bombeo en una dirección apropiada para desplazar el combustible a partir del cilindro, una entrada de combustible para el cilindro y a través de la cual puede fluir el combustible dentro del cilindro durante el movimiento de retorno del émbolo de bombeo que es permitido por el movimiento de dicho medio actuador, medios de válvula definidos por el embolo y el medio actuador, siendo mantenidos cerrados dichos medios de válvula durante el movimiento del émbolo de bombeo por el medio actuador, e incluyendo el sistema un tope para limitar el movimiento del medio actuador de manera que, durante su uso, el émbolo de bombeo continua moviéndose después de haber sido detenido el movimiento del medio actuador, de manera que se abra el medio de válvula para producir una reducción en la presión de combustible de dicho cilindro.
