Abstract

Se ha encontrado que en un procedimiento de blanqueo continuo de aceites, el adsorbente de blanqueo puede añadirse al aceite sin tener el aceite bajo vacío, y conseguir no obstante protección contra el contacto con el aire. Además se ha encontrado que el contacto del adsorbente de blanqueo con el aceite puede reducirse de los 5 a 30 minutos acostumbrados en una zona de blanqueo a alrededor de un minuto. En el procedimiento, el aceite se calienta primero a una temperatura de blanqueo en un cambiador de calor. Después se descarga en un recipiente de mezcla en condiciones que causan un movimiento de torbellino vigoroso de la superficie del aceite en el recipiente.
