Abstract

Containers such as glass bottles, flagons, hars are treated by passage through an aerosol of suitable particles, by forming an aerosol in a well defined in position at a given level and passing the containers into it and keeping the top, neck and shoulder above the upper aerosol level. Scratches are avoided during the full sequence of operation of mfr. No change of taste of fluids subsequently bottled is observed since the neck is kept clean of the fluid.
