Abstract
Procedimiento continuo para la obtención de soluciones orgánicas puras de ácidos percaboxilicos con 2 hasta 5 átomos de carbono por a) reacción de peróxido de hidrógeno acuoso con ácidos carboxilicos conteniendo 2 hasta 5 átomos de carbono en presencia de catalizadores ácidos con una proporción de empleo entre H202 y ácido carboxilico de 0,5 hasta 30,1. b) obtención de un extracto conteniendo esencialmente el ácido el ácido percaboxilico así como en caso dado el correspondiente ácido carboxilico no reaccionado en la etapa (a), por extracción de la mezcla de reacción obtenida según la etapa (a) con un disolvente orgánico.c) tratamiento del extracto en una unidad de extracción provista de 1 hasta 10 etapas de separación teóricas con agua o una solución acuosa y d) deshidratación de la solución orgánica del ácido percaboxilico, obtenida según © en caso dado después de la adición de un ulterior disolvente orgánico, mediante destilación azeotrópica, caracterizado porque la fase orgánica del producto de la parte superior de la columna de destilación azeotrópica que se obtiene en la deshidratación según (d) se recicla total o parcialmente a la etapa © y/o total o parcialmente a la etapa (b).
