Abstract
Un procedimiento para la fabricación de manijas para puertas y ventanas esencialmente en madera ennoblecida sin alma metálica, caracterizado porque en su realización comprende, una primera fase en la que se practica un recubrimiento con una resina fenólica hidroalcoholica opcionalmente mezclada con otras resinas fenólicas de catálisis ácida sobre una lámina de madera con un espesor de 0,3 a 0,8 m/m, entre rodillos revestidos de goma, desecar a una temperatura inferior a 100ºC dichas láminas hasta lograr un grado de humedad entre 6 y 8% distribuyendo las fibras en las direcciones de solicitación mecánica y polimerizar las resinas de recubrimiento a dicha temperatura; someter, en una segunda fase, el paquete laminar antes formado a una operación de curado bajo presión superior a 400 kg/cm2, preferentemente a 500 kg/cm2, y a temperatura de unos 150ºC; desmoldear finalmente y desbarbar el material resultante.
