Abstract

Instalación para la producción de conductores eléctricos revestidos con material extruido, de uno o varios conductores, instalación que comprende al menos un desenrollador del conductor o los conductores, una extrusora, un tubo de vulcanización apto para funcionar bajo presión, conectado con la extrusora mediante una conexión telescópica y que comprende al menos un primer tramo o zona de calentamiento con líquido, y un segundo tramo o zona de enfriamiento del gas y de cierre final, estando previsto, para cada uno de dichos primer y segundo tramos, un anillo cerrado de circulación del fluido correspondiente, constituido por el propio tramo y un conducto e exterior asociado con el mismo y que lleva los medios de aducción, circulación forzadas y eventuales medios de tratamiento de los indicados fluidos; y medios para la coordinación de las velocidades de desenrollamiento del conductor o los conductores y de enrollamiento del cable, instalación caracterizada por el hecho de que el tubo de vulcanización tiene el primer tramo o zona de calentamiento conformado en arco de catenaria completo o simétrico con la convexidad vuelta hacia abajo, y el segundo tramo o zona de enfriamiento conformado abajo, y el segundo tramo o zona de enfriamiento conformado de modo rectilíneo y con eje tangente al eje del primer tramo en el punto de conexión y, por tanto, dirigido hacia arriba, estando el lípido no acuoso del tubo de vulcanización contenido en el interior del primer tramo con las respectivas primera y segunda superficies libres al mismo nivel, estando dispuesto el gas inerte en el segundo tramo y sobre la segunda superficie libre, y permaneciendo dichos líquido no acuoso y gas inerte en contacto libre entre sí en la intercara coincidente con la segunda superficie libre.
