Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de estructuras fibrosas fibriladas, utilizables, entre otras aplicaciones posibles, para la fabricación de velos por vía húmeda por desdoblamiento de fibras de componentes múltiples a base de poliamida y poliéster, haciendo actuar un agente de tratamiento acuoso, caracterizado porque se tratan con agua líquida o en forma de vapor estructuras fibrosas, tales como fibras cortadas, filamentos, hilos hilados, estructuras planas y similares, a partir de fibras de componentes múltiples, a base de los componentes poli(tereftalato de alcohilenglicol) y copoliamidas a base de epsilon-caprolactama y sal de hexametilendiamina y ácido adípico, que están dispuestos en forma de matriz y varios segmentos en la sección transversal del hilo, constituyendo los segmentos una proporción de aproximadamente 20 - 80 % y estando al menos 3 segmentos dispuestos periféricamente sin envolvimiento completo por los componentes de la matriz, y teniendo los segmentos periféricos respectoa la matriz una diferencia de contracción, al menos temporal, de por lo menos 10 %.
