Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en dispositivos para la confección de carne picada o filetes picados, en atmósfera refrigerada del tipo que comprende, un recinto cerrado, asilado térmicamente, un picador y su motor dispuestos en el interior del recinto; un reconstituidor de filetes conectado al orificio de salida del picador y dispuesto en una cara del recinto, y un grupo frigorífico cuyo evaporador está dispuesto igualmente en el interior del recinto, caracterizados porque presentan además medios para dirigir sobre el cuerpo del picador aire refrigerado por el evaporador.
