Abstract

Dispositivo que permite transformar una cámara o cuba en autovaciante, tal como una cuba de vinificación destinada a recibir un cuerpo fluido, tal como vendimia pisada susceptible de disociarse por decantación en un líquido tal como el vino y en un residuo constituido par partículas sólidas tal como una torta de orujo, que se caracteriza por asociar un dispositivo de evacuación axial giratorio dentro de una canaleta dispuesta en el fondo de la cuba y por lo menos una pared móvil articulada paralelamente a la canaleta y maniobrada por medios adecuados de manera ascendente o descendente alrededor de su articulación para definir un volumen variable más o menos inclinado con relación a la canaleta, lo que por un lado contribuye a la realización de corrientes de líquido que remueven el cuerpo fluido y por otra parte facilita la ruptura de la torta de orujo, su mezcla con el líquido y ulteriormente su evacuación.
