Abstract

Procedimiento perfeccionado de preparación de una pasta de papel por paso de una materia prima celulósica reducida a virutas por una máquina com comprende, al menos, dos tornillos paralelos arrastrados en rotación en el interior de un forro y provistos de filetes helicoidales cuyos pasos varían de manera que determinen varias zonas sucesivas de tratamiento, comprendiendo cada zona una sección de transporte y de compresión progresiva y una sección de frenado constituida por filetes de paso invertido provistos de ventanas de paso, haci aguas abajo , del material, que tienen una dimensión regulada para permitir un avance selectivo, hacia aguas abajo, del material en función del grado de desfibrado alcanzado aguas arriba de dichas ventanas, caracterizado por el hecho de que el material previamente impregnado con un reactivo de deslignificación es sometido a un lavado efectuado al mismo tiempo que el desfibrado en al menos una de las zonas de tratamiento, siendo inyectado el líquido de lavado alcomienzo de la sección de transporte para efectuar una dilución del material , siento éste sometido a un secado por filtrado de una parte de la fase líquidi a través de los orificios previstos en el forro aguas arriba de cada una de las secciones de frenado que enmarcan la zona de tratamiento.
