An improved electric coffee machine, characterized essentially by the fact that it consists of a container or bucket of material, shape and appropriate dimensions, provided with a stop on its bottom and a spout on its edge, in the region of the first of which is equipped an armored electric resistance that affects the form of coil and is attached to a handle in which the appropriate feed conductors have input, the said container being closed by a cover provided with holes for the escape of steam and a central neck inside which a perforated surface disk with a central bushing for passage of a tube attached to a convex plate located inside the bucket and supported on the stop thereof, said disk intended to receive the coffee powder and another disk equally perforated and holding its middle cap for adjustment with the indicated tube, coupling to the neck of the cover, a transparent cap through which the bubbling of the boiling water can be seen which, ascending through the central tube by boiling caused by the heat of the resistance, hits against that transparent surface and is forced to pass through the filter and the coffee and to fall on the convex plate, from which it will be poured to the outside by the peak of the bucket or container.
