Abstract

Procedimineto de inmunoanálisis para determinar propranolol en una muestra de análisis , caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (a) formar una mezcla de reacción, que tiene un pH de 5-10 aproximadamente, y que incluye una forma marcada de propranolol que proporciona una señal óptica detectable, y un anticuerpo a propranolol dirigido contra un conjugado inmunógeno de fórmula: ** fórmula** en donde R es un grupo de enlace, el soporte es un material soporte inmunógenico y p es en promedio de 1 a 50, aproximadamente; (b) incubar la mezcla de reacción entre 15 segundos y 2 horas aproximadamente, a una temperatura de 5 a 50ºC aproximadamente; y (c) medir la señal óptica detectable producida por la mezcla de reacción como una función de la concentración de propranolol en la muestra de análisis.
