Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar un medicamento que contienen 1-{4-[2-(5-cloro-2-metoxi-benzamido)-etil]-fenilsulfonil}-3-ciclohexil-urea en forma de una cápsula de gelatina blanda, caracterizado poque , o bien se disuelve 1-{4-[2-(5-cloro-2-metoxi-benzamido)-etil]-fenilsulfonil}-3-ciclohexil-urea (glibenclamid) en trihidroxiestearato de polioxietilenglicerol, se enfría y, a continuación se incorpora agitando polialquilenglicol, o bien se disuelve glibenclamid en una mezcla de polialquilenglicol de tri-hidroxiestearato de polioxietilenglicerol y, después de enfriar a temperatura ambiente, se incorpora la solución en cápsulas de gelatina blanda.
