Un molinillo para purés fabricado en hojalata, aluminio u otros materiales varios, destinado a la preparación de toda clase de purés, lográndose un elevado grado de finura y homogeneidad por el efecto producido al girar un disco de forma helicoidal que entre tres cuartas partes de vuelta, el cual al caer las sustancias destinadas a convertir el puré en el fondo agujereado del recipiente formando tamiz, se aplastan gradualmente impulsándolas a pasar tamizadas finamente por el disco-criba que forma el fondo del recipiente aludido.
