Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar N-piridilindoles 3-substutídos de fórmula IV **formula** en donde Ar es 3- ó 4-piridilo opcionalmente substituído por alquilo inferior; R1 es hidrógeno, halógeno, trifluormetilo, alquilo inferior, hidroxi, hidroxi acilado ó eterificado, alquiltio inferior; ó bien dos de los radicales R1 sobre átomos de carbono adyacentes, representan alquilendioxi; p es 1 ó 2; R2 es hidrógeno ó alquilo inferior; E es alquileno C1-C11;fenileno, alquilen (C1-C6) fenileno, alquilen (C1-C5)-(tio ú oxi) alquileno inferior, alquilen (C1-C6)-(tio ú oxi)-fenileno, alquilen (C1-C6)-fenilen-alquileno inferior, fenileno-alquileno, inferior ; ó E es un enlace directo; B representa carboxi, carboxi esterificado ó carbamoilo; ó sus sales, caracterizado porque comprende acilar, bajo catálisis ácida, un compuesto de formula VII **formula** en donde Ar ,R1 ,R2 y p se definen como anteriormente, con un compuesto de fórmula VIII H00C-E-B en donde E y B se definen como anteriormente, ó un derivado funcional reactivo del mismo, en presencia ó ausencia de diluyente y/o atmósferas inertes, a baja temperatura, a temperatura ambiente ó a temperaturas elevadas y a presión atmosférica o superatmosférica, si es necesario protegiendo temporalmente cualquier grupo ó grupos reactivos que puedan interferir y, si se desea, se convierte un compuesto resultante de fórmula IV en otro compuesto de fórmula IV y, si se desea, se convierte un compuesto libre resultante en una sal ó bien se convierte una sal resultante en el compuesto libre ó en otra sal.
