Abstract
Una bandeja para cocer pan y productos de pastelería, esencialmente caracterizada por el hecho de estar constituida por un marco metálico generalmente rectangular o cuadrado, al cual está acoplado un fondo perforado que permite cuando se coloque la bandeja en un horno con el propio fondo levemente distendido de la solera del mismo por medio de apoyos inferiores, a la propia bandeja, que pueda pasar por sus perforaciones la radiación calorífica suficiente para realizar la cocción del pan pero incapaz de producir el requemado de la cara inferior del mismo.
