Junta elástica automática pata tubos de fibrocemento y otros materiales, del tipo que comprende un anillo elástico de empaquetadura comprimido entre el extremo del tubo o elemento interior de la junta y un manguito o copa que constituye el elemento exterior, caracterizada por que el manguito o elemento exterior presenta interiormente una superficie cónica que va disminuyendo de diámetro hacia el extremo del manguito y por que una vez introducido en el manguito el anillo de empaquetadura y el extremo del tubo, se provoca el desplazamiento del anillo hacia el extremo del manguito, por efecto de lo cual el anillo se comprime entre la superficie interior cónica del manguito y la superficie exterior cilíndrica del tubo, encajándose como una cuña entre ambas y quedando fijado en esta posición por la misma presión interior de la tubería.
