Abstract

Un fogón perfeccionado con ventilador adicional, constituido por la carcasa paralelepipédica envolvente que sostiene en su boca superior la tolva, que presenta en su zona inedia el resalte de apoyo de la parrilla, caracterizándose porqué a partir de esta última se prolongan hacia abajo las tres caras, la posterior y las dos laterales de la tolva, conservando la inclinación inicial de sus zonas situadas en la parte superior de la parrilla, creándose por tanto debajo de ésta una cámara abierta, según una forma trapecial invertida por la parte delantera y abierta por la parte inferior según la abertura pequeña que queda entre los bordes inferiores próximos de las caras inclinadas concurrentes. Esta cámara es la de encendido que hace converger la llama hacia la parrilla, evitando toda dispersión y determinando además la conducción correcta del aire, bien sea en el tiro natural o en el tiro forzado.
