Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PERFECCIONADO PARA LA DEPURACIÓN DE AIRE Y GASES", que se caracteriza por intercalar entre la entrada del gas y un separador ciclónico, los siguientes elementos: Una unidad humidificadora adecuada y un tubo de Venturi, en cuya garganta se enfría el aire por efecto del estrangulamiento, condensándose el vapor de agua sobre las partículas transportadas, aumentándose este efecto por que en esta garganta del Venturi se inyecta a través de unos orificios, niebla a alta velocidad, procedente de una cámara de nebulización, en la que una unidad pulverizadora sobresatura de niebla; el aire que entra en ella a través de un conducto tangencial, provisto de una compuerta de regulación, lo que aumenta la turbulencia y añade partículas adherentes de agua, que engloban a las partículas de polvo o vesículas y húmedas en su exterior por efecto de la condensación, aumentando su tamaño, para poder ser separadas por separadores ciclónicos.
