CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR EL 7-ISOCIANATOFENIL-3-METIL-DELTA ELEVADO A 3-CEFEM-4-CARBOXILATO DE PIVALOILOXIMETILO CON CLORURO-CLORHIDRATO DE FENILGLICINA. LA REACCION SE REALIZA EN DISOLVENTES APROTICOS COMO CLORURO DE METILENO Y EN PRESENCIA DE ACEPTORES DE ACIDEZ COMO EL BICARBONATO SODICO. ACTIVIDAD ANTIBIOTICA DE AMPLIO ESPECTRO.
