PROCEDIMIENTO DE MANUFACTURACION DE POLVO DE LAVADO QUE CONTIENE JABON. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: 1. COMBINACION DE LOS INGREDIENTES DEL DETERGENTE CON AGUA PARA FORMAR UNA PAPILLA QUE SE INTRODUCE EN UNA PRIMERA CORRIENTE HACIA UNA TORRE DE SECADO POR PULVERIZACION BAJO PRESION. 2. INTRODUCCION DEL ACIDO GRASO O JABON-LIQUIDO, LICUADO O EN SOLUCION, EN UNA SEGUNDA CORRIENTE, DONDE ENCUENTRA LA PAPILLA DE COMPONENTES DE LA ETAPA 1. 3. COMBINACION DE AMBAS CORRIENTES Y SECADO POR PULVERIZACION. LA NEUTRALIZACION ENTRE AMBAS CORRIENTES SE PRODUCE POR EL ALCALI CONTENIDO EN LA SEGUNDA CORRIENTE; LA PRIMERA CORRIENTE CONTIENE ENTRE UN 2 Y UN 20 POR 100 DE UN SURFACTORTANTE NO IONICO; EL POLVO DE LAVADO CONTIENE DE UN 8 A UN 25 POR 100 DE JABON.
