CONSISTE EN HACER PASAR LOS GASES A TRAVES DE LA MATERIA PRIMA, DONDE SE ENFRIAN CALENTANDO LA MATERIA PRIMA HASTA 900GC. SE PRODUCE AQUI UNA FILTRACION PARCIAL DEL POLVO ARRASTRADO POR LOS GASES. A CONTINUACION LOS GASES SE FILTRAN POR METODOS CONVENCIONALES Y SE EXPULSAN A LA ATMOSFERA. LA INSTALACION CONSTA DE LOS SIGUIENTES ELEMENTOS: 1. ZONA DE CONDUCCION DE GASES A ALTA TEMPERATURA. 2. CAMARA DE COMBUSTION REVESTIDA DE MATERIAL ASILANTE Y DOTADA DE QUEMADOR Y/O MECHERO. 3. CAMARA DE REGULACION DE TEMPERATURA. 4. ESTACION DE CALENTAMIENTO.
