BASADO EN TOMAR, REGULARMENTE, UN VOLUMEN DETERMINADO DE PASTA, CARGADA DE IMPUREZAS DEL PULPADOR, E INTRODUCIRLA EN UN RECIPIENTE CERRADO CAPAZ DE ROTAR Y SEPARAR LAS FIBRAS EN SUSPENSION MEDIANTE EL SEPARADOR, RECICLANDO AL PULPADOR PRINCIPAL EL VOLUMEN LIMPIO, REPITIENDO SUCESIVAMENTE ESTA OPERACION. PARA LA REALIZACION DE ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO HACE USO DE UN RECIPIENTE CERRADO ANEXO AL PULPADOR, QUE INCLUYE MEDIOS LATERALES DE AGITACION, SEPARACION Y RECICLADO EN EL PULPADOR, UNA ENTRADA DE PASTA CONTROLADA POR VALVULA Y CONECTADA CON LA PARTE INFERIOR DEL PULPADOR, UNA SALIDA INFERIOR DE LOS RESIDUOS, ASI COMO UNA ENTRADA DE AGUA Y DE AIRE COMPRIMIDO. USADO EN LA ELABORACION DE PASTA DE PAPEL.
