Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA DESCLORURAR Y ENFRIAR EL ANOLITO DE LA ELECTROLISIS DE HALOGENURO ALCALINO. CONSISTE EN EFECTUAR LA ELECTROLISIS BAJO UNA PRESION DE AL MENOS 8 BAR EN EL ESPACIO ANODICO, LOS PRODUCTOS QUE FLUYEN DEL ESPACIO ANODICO DE LA CELULA ELECTROLITICA SE SEPARAN POR MEDIOS MECANICOS. EL ANOLITO SEPARADO SE DISTIENDE EN UNA COLUMNA DE DESTILACION HASTA UNA PRESION QUE OSCILA ENTRE LA ATMOSFERICA Y 2 BAR, HIRVIENDO EL ANOLITO EN ESAS CONDICIONES. EL ANOLITO LIBERADO SE SEPARA DE LA FASE GASEOSA QUE SE HA PRODUCIDO EN LA COLUMNA DE DESTILACION HASTA UNA PRESION QUE OSCILA ENTRE LA ATMOSFERICA Y 2 BAR, HIRVIENDO EN ANOLITO EN ESAS CONDICIONES. EL ANOLITO LIBERADO SE SEPARA DE LA FASE GASEOSA QUE SE HA PRODUCIDO EN LA COLUMNA DE DESTILACION. DESPUES DE ABANDONAR LA COLUMNA DE DESTILACION LA SOLUCION SALINA SE SIGUE DISTENDIENDO EN UN RECIPIENTE DE VACIO, CONDENSANDOSE LOS VAPORES MEDIANTE ENFRIAMIENTO. PARA FACILITAR LA DESCLORURACION DEL ANOLITO, NO SE HA CONDENSADO, AL SER ENFRIADA,Y QUE CONSISTE EN CLORO Y VAPOR DE AGUA SUSTANCIALMENTE, SE COMPRIME Y SE DEVUELVE AL SEPARADOR, REGANDOSE CON UNA PARTE DEL CONDENSADO LA COLUMNA DE DESTILACION.
