PROCEDIMIENTO Y DISPOSITIVO PARA EL SECADO DE MEZCLAS VITRIFICABLES COMPACTAS. EL DISPOSITIVO CONSTA DE LOS SIGUIENTES ELEMENTOS: 1. UNA COLUMNA HUECA QUE CONSTA DE UNA FUNDA CILINDRICA. 2. MEDIOS DE ASPIRACION DE LOS GASES. 3. DISPOSITIVOS DE DILUCION DE LOS GASES EXTRAIDOS. 4. DISPOSITIVOS DE IMPULSION PARA REINYECTAR LOS GASES EN LOS REGISTROS SUPERIORES. LA ENTRADA DE AIRE FRESCO TIENE LUGAR POR LA PARTE INFERIOR. 5. TOLVA DE DESCARGA COLOCADA EN LA PARTE INFERIOR DE LA COLUMNA Y QUE ALIMENTA, POR MEDIO DE UN DISTRIBUIDOR, UN TRANSPORTADOR DE EVACUACION. 6. UNA CAMPANA DE EVACUACION DE GASES PROVISTA DE UNA TOLVA DE CARGA DE LOS PRODUCTOS GRANULARES. 7. UN TUBO AXIAL COLOCADO EN LA COLUMNA Y DESTINADO A FRENAR EL DESLIZAMIENTO DE LA CARGA EN LA PARTE PROXIMA AL EJE DE LA COLUMNA.
