LA OBTENCION DE LAS COMPOSICIONES FOTORRETICULABLES SE REALIZA POR MEZCLA DE UN POLI(CARBONATO-URETANO) DE INSATURACIONES ACRILICAS CON UN MONOMERO INSATURADO Y UN FOTOINICIADOR TAL COMO ALGUN ETER DE LA BENZOINA, DERIVADOS DE LA ACETOFENONA Y/O LA BENZOFENONA COMBINADA CON UNA AMINA.
