CONSISTE EN PONER EN CONTACTO EL PIGMENTO NACARADO DE MICA REVESTIDA DE OXIDO METALICO CON UNA SOLUCION ACIDA ACUOSA QUE CONTIENE ACIDO FLUORHIDRICO Y ACIDO SULFURICO, EN CONCENTRACIONES DE 1-20 POR 100 APROXIMADAMENTE DE FLUORHIDRICO Y DE 2-30 POR 100 DE SULFURICO. EL CONTACTO SE EFECTUA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 30 A 100 GRADOS. EL OXIDO METALICO ES BIOXIDO DE TITANIO EN FORMA CRISTALINA RUTILO; ESTANDO PRESENTE EN FORMA DE PLAQUETAS DE APROXIMADAMENTE 1-75 MICRONES DE LONGITUD Y 5-600 M./M. DE LONGITUD. S
