SISTEMA PARA LA FORMACION DE UN HAZ DE ELECTRONES. UN SISTEMA IN-LINE CON TRES CAÑONES DE ELECTRODOS DISPUESTOS LADO A LADO, COMPRENDE CUATRO ELECTRODOS (1 A 4) QUE SE FIJAN A LOS REBORDES DE VIDRIO (6) MEDIANTE ELEMENTOS SOPORTE (5), EXISTIENDO EN CADA PLANO DE ELECTRODO TRES ABERTURAS (7) PARA LOS HACES DE ELECTRODOS, SIENDO SU SEPARACION DE 6,6 MM. DURANTE EL FUNCIONAMIENTO, LOS ELECTRODOS SE CALIENTAN A DIFERENTES TEMPERATURAS, VARIANDO LAS ABERTURAS (7), DEBIDO A LA EXPANSION TERMICA DE LOS MATERIALES DEL ELECTRODO. PARA QUE LA CITADA VARIACION DE LAS ABERTURAS (7) SEA CONSTANTE, HA DE SERLO TAMBIEN LA DISTANCIA ENTRE EL CATODO Y EL PLANO DEL ELECTRODO RESPECTIVO. APLICADO EN TUBOS DE RAYOS CATODICOS.
