UNA IMPEDANCIA DE PRUEBA (ZT), VARIABLE, ES INSERTADA EN PARALELO CON LOS DOS ELECTRODOS (10, 11) A VOLUNTAD POR MEDIO DE UN PULSADOR (22). MEDIANTE LA OBSERVACION DEL VALOR DE LAS IMPEDANCIAS DE LOS ELECTRODOS (10, 11) CUANDO ESTA INSERTADA LA IMPEDANCIA DE PRUEBA (ZT) A CUANDO NO LO ESTA, SE OBIENE EL VALOR REAL DE DICHAS IMPEDANCIAS, VIGILANDOSE ASI QUE PERMANECEN EN LA MAGNITUD REQUERIDA. COMO SEÑAL EN EL CIRCUITO SE USA LA PROCEDENTE DEL SISTEMA CARDIACO DEL PACIENTE. EL SISTEMA PUEDE HACERSE AUTOMATICO SUSTITUYENDO EL PULSADOR (22) POR UN CIRCUITO APROPIADO.
