CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: 1) CULTIVO EN UN MEDIO NUTRIENTE ACUOSO DE LA CEPA BORDETELLA BRONCHISEPTICA ATCC N. 31437, O DE UNA CEPA DERIVADA DE ESTA. SE OBTIENE UNA SUSPENSION ACUOSA DE UNA CONCENTRACION DE AL MENOS 1 X 10 ELEVADO A 7 CELULAS VIABLES POR MILILITRO. 2) ADICION DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE UN CRIOPROTECTOR MICROBIOLOGICO Y MEDIOS DE ESTABILIZACION. 3) LIOFILIZACION DE LA SUSPENSION CELULAR DILUIDA. 4) INTRODUCCION DE UNA CANTIDAD MEDIDA DE LAS CELULAS LIOFILIZADAS EN UN VIAL DE VACUNA PARA EL ALMACENAMIENTO Y TRANSPORTE DE LA VACUNA. SE AÑADE AGUA ESTERIL EN UNA PROPORCION DE AL MENOS UN 25 POR 100 MENOS QUE EL VOLUMEN DE AGUA RETIRADA POR LA LIOFILIZACION. EL AGUA ESTERIL CONTIENE UN AGENTE HUMECTANTE ANIONICO O NO IONICO. TRATAMIENTO DE RINITIS ATROFICA EN CERDOS Y DE TOS CANINA (TRAQUEOBRONQUITIS) EN PERROS.
