Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE VIDRIERAS DE SEGURIDAD DE PEQUEÑAS DIMENSIONES, UTILIZANDO EL PRINCIPIO DE LA EVACUACION DEL AIRE. CONSISTE EN ENSAMBLAR UNA SERIE DE VIDRIERAS (1) REDONDEADAS Y PLANAS DE VIDRIO DE SILICATO CON UNA HOJA DE PROTECCION (2). LAS VIDRIERAS (1) SON COLOCADAS SOBRE UN TISU METALICO (4), Y EL CONJUNTO, SOBRE UN PLATO SOPORTE (3). ALREDEDOR DEL PLATO SOPORTE (3) SE COLOCA UN PERFIL (7) DE CAUCHO DE SECCION EN U, UNO DE CUYOS EXTREMOS SE APLICA CONTRA LA SUPERFICIE INFERIOR DEL PLATO SOPORTE Y EL OTRO SOBRE LA HOJA DE PROTECCION (2). EL PERFIL DE CAUCHO (7) PRESENTA UN CANAL DE VENTILACION (8) CONECTADO A UN CONDUCTO (9) DE VENTILACION. CUANDO EL CITADO CONDUCTO (9) ES CONECTADO A UNA BOMBA DE VACIADO, EL AIRE EXISTENTE ENTRE LA HOJA DE PROTECCION (2) Y EL PLATO SOPORTE (3) ES ASPIRADO A LA HOJA DE PROTECCION (2) SE APLICA DE FORMA ESTANCA SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DE LAS VIDRIERAS (1).
