PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FERMENTACION CONTINUA DE MOSTO ACUOSO CON LA QUE SE OBTIENE ALCOHOL Y BIOMASA DE LEVADURA. SE INTRODUCE EN UN FERMENTADOR (2) UNA MEZCLA DE MOSTO ACUOSO, LEVADURA DE FERMENTACION, UNA SOLUCION NUTRICIA Y UN GAS QUE TENGA OXIGENO, COMO EL AIRE. SE RETIRA EL MOSTO FERMENTADO, QUE CONTIENE LEVADURA Y ALCOHOL, A UN RECIPIENTE DE SEPARACION (9). ESTE MOSTO CONTIENE DOS FASES: UNA TRANSPARENTE, CON UN CONTENIDO EN ALCOHOL DEL 6,5 POR 100 EN VOLUMEN, LO QUE REPRESENTA UN RENDIMIENTO SUPERIOR AL 95 POR 100 DEL AZUCAR DE LA SOLUCION NUTRICIA, QUE SE LLEVA A UN RECIPIENTE COLECTOR (11), DONDE SE SEDIMENTA Y SE RETIRA LA LEVADURA EN EXCESO DEBIDA AL CRECIMIENTO DE ESTA, RETIRANDOSE TAMBIEN EL MOSTO FERMENTADO SIN LEVADURA PARA LA PREPARACION DEL ALCOHOL; OTRA TURBIA CON UN CONTENIDO PARECIDO EN ALCOHOL QUE SE DEVUELVE AL FERMENTADOR, PARA CONTINUAR EL PROCESO.
