SISTEMA ACUSTICO PARA LA DETERMINACION DEL NIVEL Y DE LA CONSISTENCIA DE LA ESCORIA DE UN CONVERTIDOR DE ACERIA POR OXIGENO, PARA PREVENIR EL POSIBLE DESBORDAMIENTO Y PARA ESTABLECER EL GRADO DE AVANCE DEL AFINO. EL SISTEMA COMPRENDE TUBOS (10) QUE FORMAN UNA CORONA CILINDRICA COLOCADA EN LA CHIMENEA DEL CONVERTIDOR, CONSTITUYENDO EL ASIENTO DEL ENGASTE (11) QUE SE REFRIGERA POR SU CAMISA INTERIOR CON UN GAS QUE PENETRA POR LA EMBOCADURA (12). SOBRE DICHO ENGASTE (11) QUE SE REFRIGERA POR SU CAMISA INTERIOR CON UN GAS QUE PENETRA POR LA EMBOCADURA (12). SOBRE DICHO ENGASTE (11) SE SITUA UNA CELULA CIRCULAR (20), SEPARANDOSE AMBOS ELEMENTOS MEDIANTE UNA JUNTA FLEXIBLE (24), CELULA QUE SE REFRIGERA POR CAMISA DE AGUA Y QUE QUEDA UNIDA AL RECINTO (40) QUE CONTIENE EL CAPTADOR ACUSTICO.
