SOBRE EL FONDO DE LA GALERIA (2) DESLIZAN LAS PLANCHAS MOVILES (3), SOBRE LAS CUALES ESTAN LAS CASILLAS REFRACTARIAS (4) CON AZULEJOS DE CERAMICA. CADA QUEMADOR SE ENCUENTRA ALOJADO EN UNA CAMARA DE COMBUSTION DE MATERIAL REFRACTARIO EN LA QUE SE DESARROLLA LA LLAMA.
