Abstract
METODO PARA PRODUCIR PREPARADOS MEDICINALES PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE CARCINOMAS. COMO MATERIAL DE PARTIDA SE UTILIZAN CELULAS DE CARCINOMA QUE SE PUEDEN RECUPERAR DE UNA MANERA CONVENCIONAL, CULTIVANDOSE E INCUBANDOSE DICHAS CELULAS EN UN MEDIO DE CRECIMIENTO NUTRICIO. SE SOMETE A UNA PLURALIDAD DE PORCIONES DETERMINADAS DE DICHO CULTIVO A LA ACCION DE UNA PLURALIDAD DE AGENTES CITOSTATICOS, SELECCIONANDOSE EL AGENTE QUE PRESENTA UN DETERIORO MORFOLOGICO VISIBLE. LA PORCION RESTANTE DEL CULTIVO SE TRATA CON DICHO AGENTE, INCUBANDOSE PREFERENTEMENTE DURANTE UN PERIODO DE SEIS A DOCE HORAS, A UNA TEMPERATURA DE, APROXIMADAMENTE, 37 C, DE TAL MANERA QUE, APROXIMADAMENTE, UN 30 A 70 POR 100 DE DICHAS CELULAS PERMANEZCAN INTACTAS BAJO EXAMEN MICROSCOPICO Y PARCIALMENTE DEBILITADAS. ESTAS CELULAS DEBILITADAS SE LAVAN CON UNA SOLUCION FISIOLOGICAMENTE ACEPTABLE PARA ELIMINAR EL AGENTE CITOSTATICO. LAS CELULAS QUE HAN SIDO DEBILITADAS EN EL GRADO DESEADO SON CENTRIFUGADAS A, APROXIMADAMENTE, 800 HASTA 1.000 RPM DURANTE DIEZ MINUTOS Y SUSPENDIDAS PREFERIBLEMENTE EN UN FLUIDO FISIOLOGICAMENTE ACEPTABLE. LA CONCENTRACION DE LAS CELULAS EN LOS PREPARADOS FARMACEUTICOS RESULTANTES, PUESTOS PARA ADMINISTRACION TRAS DILUCION, ES PREFERIBLEMENTE DE ALREDEDOR DE 10 CELULAS POR MILILITRO.
