TIENE COMO OBJETO OBTENER UNA COMPOSICION ILUMINANTE DE LAS DEL TIPO QUE INCLUYEN UN AGLOMERANTE ORGANICO, UN OXIDANTE SOLIDO, UN COMPUESTO EMISOR Y, EVENTUALMENTE, UN COMBUSTIBLE METALICO. SE CARACTERIZA POR REALIZARSE UNA DESHIDRATACION A 110 C DE LOS ELEMENTOS EN DOS ETAPAS. EN LA PRIMERA ETAPA SE REALIZA LA TRITUTACION DE DICHOS ELEMENTOS CON UNO DE LOS DOS ELEMENTOS CONSTITUIDOS DE UN AGLOMERANTE POLIURETANO; EN LA SEGUNDA ETAPA SE TRITURA EL CONJUNTO DE LOS ELEMENTOS CONSTITUTIVOS DE LA COMPOSICION PIROTECNICA. EL OXIDANTE SOLIDO SE ELIGE, DEL GRUPO DE LOS CLORATOS Y EL COMPUESTO EMISOR DEL GRUPO DE LOS NITRATOS Y NITRITOS, CONSTITUYENDO CONJUNTAMENTE EL 75-90 POR 100 DEL PESO TOTAL DE LA COMPOSICION.
