PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE DERIVADOS DE 4-AMINOMETIL-9,10-DIHIDRO-4H-BENZO(4,5) CICLOHEPTA (1,2B) TIOFENO DE FORMULA (I), EN QUE R1 ES UN GRUPO ACILO ALIFATICO, HIDROGENO O GRUPO ACILO AROMATICO; R2, UN GRUPO ACILO ALIFATICO O AROMATICO, PUDIENDO FORMAR R1 Y R2 UN GRUPO CICLICO ENTRE SI. SE HACE REACCIONAR, A TEMPERATURA DE -10 A 50C, UN ALCOHOL DE FORMULA (II) CON UN AGENTE HALOGENANTE, EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE. EL COMPUESTO OBTENIDO SE TRATA CON UN CIANURO INORGANCIO EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE Y A ATEMPERATURA DE REFLUJO DEL DISOLVENTE. SE REDUCE EL PRODUCTO EN UNA MEZCLA DE HIDRURO DE LITIO Y ALUMINIO Y TRICLORURO DE ALUMINIO, Y LA AMINA OBTENIDA SE TRATA CON UN REACTIVO ACILANTE. SE AISLA EL PRODUCTO FINAL POR FILTRACION. SE USAN COMO PRODUCTOS INTERMEDIOS EN LA ELABORACION DE PRODUCTOS QUIMICOS PSICOTROPOS.
