SE MEZCLAN PLANTAS Y/O VIDES DE PLANTAS DE LOS GENEROS VECCINIUM Y MYRICA CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA QUE CONTIENE 80% EN VOLUMEN DE ACETONA, PARA EXTRAER DE LAS MISMAS LOS COMPONENTES QUIMICOS SOLUBLES EN AGUA O ACETONA. SE SEPARA EL EXTRACTO ACUOSO DE LAS HOJAS Y SE EVAPORA DEL MISMO LA ACETONA PARA REDUCIR SU VOLUMEN A UN VALOR DEL 15 AL 25% DEL VOLUMEN INICIAL. SE AJUSTA EL PH DE LA ROLUCION RESULTANTE A UN VALOR ENTRE 1 Y 2; SE TRATA CON ACETATO QUE SE HA SEPARADO LA MEZCLA ACUOSA DE BICARBONATO SODICO.
