Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UNA SILICE DE PRECIPITACION. TIENE POR OBJETO LA OBTENCION DE UNA SAL DE SILICE DE PRECIPITACION UTILIZABLE COMO CARGA DE REFUERZO EN COMPOSICIONES ORGANOPOLISILOXAMINAS ENDURECIBLES, DE MANERA QUE, DESPUES DE LA VULCANIZACION, ESTAS COMPOSICIONES PRESENTEN PROPIEDADES MECANICAS Y TERMICAS DEL MISMO ORDEN QUE LAS QUE PRESENTAN LAS REFORZADAS CON AYUDA DE SILICE DE COMBUSTION. LA PRECIPITACION SE REALIZA POR ACCION DE UNA SOLUCION DE SILICATO ALCALINO Y UN AGENTE DE ACIDIFICACION, EN PRESENCIA DE UN AGENTE SECUESTRANTE, EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA FORMAR COMPLEJO CON IMPUREZAS METALICAS. COMO AGENTE SECUESTRANTE PUEDE UTILIZARSE ACIDO ETILENDIAMINTETRAACETICO. LAS IMPUREZAS METALICAS ESTAN CONSTITUIDAS POR METALES ALCALINOTERREOS.
