PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE UNA MEMBRANA, ESPECIALMENTE PARA LOS LIMITES INTERIOR Y EXTERIOR, CON LO QUE RESULTA EFECTOS DIVERSOS EN LAS POROSIDADES DE LAS SUPERFICIES INTERNA Y EXTERNA. CONSISTE EN QUE UNA SOLUCION PARA HILATURA A BASE DE 8 HASTA 25 POR 100 EN PESO DE ESTER CELULOSICO, 55 HASTA 92 POR 100 DE DISOLVENTE, Y EVENTUALMENTE HASTA 20 POR 100 EN PESO DE OTROS ADITIVOS, SE PRENSA A TRAVES DE UNA HILERA SUMERGIDA EN UN BANO DE PRECIPITACION, SOMETIENDOSE AL CHORRO DE SOLUCION AL EFECTO COAGULADOR DEL BAÑO EN LOS LIMITES DEL CHORRO SOBRE UN TRAMO DE POR LO MENOS 30 CM. SEGUIDAMENTE SE RETIRA DEL BAÑO Y SE LAVA CON AGUA, SE IMPREGNA CON SOLUCION PLASTIFICANTE Y SE SECA A TEMPERATURA QUE NO EXCEDE 70C. LAS MEMBRANAS PUEDEN ESTAR CONSTITUIDAS POR HILOS HUECOS, LAMINAS DE MANGUERA O LAMINAS PLANAS, Y EN CADA CASO SE ADOPTA EL DISPOSITIVO ADECUADO PARA SU FORMACION. ASI, POR EJEMPLO, EN EL CASO DE HILOS HUECOS O LAMINAS DE MANGUERA SE FABRICANCONDUCIENDO UN BAÑO DE PRECIPITACIONAL INTERIOR DEL CHORRO DE LA SOLUCION DE HILATURA, PUDIENDO TENER DISTINTAS COMPOSICIONES DE BAÑOS DE PRECIPITACION QUE PRODUCEN EL EFECTO CAOGULANTE EN LOS LIMITES INTERIOR Y EXTERIOR.
