CONSISTE EN PONER EN CONTACTO LAS RESINAS CON UNA SOLUCION REGENERANTE EN UNAS CONDICIONES MEDIANTE LAS CUALES LA CAPACIDAD DE INTERCAMBIO DE IONES DE LAS RESINAS SE RESTABLECE CONSIDERABLEMENTE Y SE PRODUCEN PRODUCTOS REGENERANTES LAVANDO LAS RESINAS CON AGUA O ACIDO CARBONICO PARA SEPARAR UNA PARTE DE LOS PRODUCTOS RESIDUALES REGENERANTES Y LUEGO LAVANDO CON UNA SOLUCION DE ACIDO CARBONICO PARA SEPARAR LAS CONTIDADES ADICIONALES DE LOS PRODUCTOS RESIDUALES REGENERANTES.
