SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UN REACTIVO NUCLEOFILO DEL GRUPO CARBONILO TAL COMO UN COMPUESTO ORGANOMETALICO REACTIVO DE GRIGNARD, UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II), EN QUE R22 Y R13 CON IGUALES A R2 Y R3, O FORMAN ENTRE SI UN GRUPO OXO; R16 ES HIDROXI; R7 ES HIDROGENO O FORMA CON R16 UN GRUPO DE OXO; EN PRESENCIA DE BOROHIDUROS O EN UN DISOLVENTE TAL COMO DIGLIMA.
