PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR UN AGENTE DE ENCOLADO PARA HILOS A BASE DE ALGODON, CELULOSA REGENERADA Y FIBRAS SINTETICAS. UN POLISACARIDO OBTENIDO A PARTIR DE ENDOSPERMAS DE CASSIA OCCIDENTALIS SE AMASA EN UN MEZCLADOR AMASADOR EN UN TIEMPO BREVE CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE HIDROXIDO SODICO. SE MEZCLA CON UN OXIDO DE ALCOHILENO, TAL COMO OXIDO DE ETILENO U OXIDO DE PROPILENO, A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 40-80C DURANTE VARIAS HORAS. CUANDO ACABA LA REACCION, LA DESPOLIMERIZACION SE REALIZA CON UNA SOLUCION ACOSA PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO A TEMPERATURA DE 50-90C. EL ENGRUDO CASI HOMOGENEO FORMADO ASI SE SECA EN UN SECADOR DE RODILLOS. EL PRODUCTO RESULTANTE ES SOLUBEL EN AGUA FRIA Y CALIENTE.
