CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE ACILACION DEL GRUPO 1-AMINO DE LA 3'',4''-DIDESOXIKANAMICINA A O UN DERIVADO PROTEGIDO DE LA MISMA, DE FORMULA (II), CON UN ACIDO -HIDROXI-W-AMINOALCANOICO, DE FORMULA E''HN (CH2)N CHOHCOOH, EN LAS QUE E Y E'' SON HIDROGENO O UN GRUPO AMINO PROTECTOR Y N VALE 1 O 2, SEGUIDA DE LA SEPARACION, SI DA LUGAR DEL O LOS GRUPOS AMINO PROTECTORES.
